Of the Asamimichan faux Christmas sweaters released this year by Michan Toys, I think the “Jingle Bells” shirt is our favourite! The shirt transforms one of Asamimi’s recent viral TikTok videos — Jingle Bells (released @ the end of November) — into a festive design full of holiday cheer, good vibes and playful fun! The shirt is totally kawaii, beautifully captures the “ugly sweater” look, and will definitely make you the talk of the holiday Christmas party!
There are two things, in particular, that make this shirt stand out for us: 1) The base green colour works exceptionally well with the “ugly sweater” design and captures the spirit of Christmas to a tee; and, 2) Unlike the Jingle Bells acrylic keychain also released this holiday season, the faux sweatshirt IS actually double-sided. The front features Asamimi and Anemimi holding bells, and the back of the shirt features their signature butts! Since we bought 2 of this specific shirt, we will definitely be “twinning” and wearing it to ring in the New Year!
Note: This is not a sweatshirt. We would call it a mock sweatshirt designed to resemble the traditional but fun “ugly Christmas sweater” Asamimi-style!
