We ordered the “Asamimi Auau Christmas Edition” keychain at the same time as all the other Christmas-themed keychains released by Michan Toys in late November. After being somewhat disappointed by the earlier “plush” keychain series, we were admittedly a little hesitant to order more keychains, but these designs were just too darn cute to pass up!
We are happy to report that our earlier hesitation very quickly disappeared after seeing these new keychains in person! The switch from plush to acrylic keychains was very smart! The printing quality has improved 100%; the designs are crisp, bright and totally capture the kawaii essence of Asamimi; and we’d suggest these are far more durable than the earlier plush keychains!
The “Asamimi Auau Christmas Edition” keychain is super cute and takes an iconic Asamimi scene — Auau — and turns it into one sure to spread holiday cheer, love and fun well into the New Year! In short, this adorable keychain is perfect for the Holiday season; in fact, of all the Christmas-themed keychains released, this is probably our favourite of the lot!
