I wasn’t going to write a review of this item, but I feel it is necessary now because this kawaii mug, and its delivery, speaks to the high level of customer service you get from Michan Toys.
I ordered this mug along with other Asamimichan Christmas-themed items: Keychains, Christmas balls and sweatshirts. The mug arrived before everything else. Unfortunately, as soon as I picked it up at the post office, I knew it was damaged goods (you could hear pieces moving around). Sure enough, when I got home and opened the box, the handle was broken into 3 pieces. I immediately informed Michan Toys. Fast-forward about 2.5 weeks later and I receive another parcel. It was a replacement mug in pristine condition!
In short, we love the mug. It totally captures the holiday spirit with Asamimi’s signature charm and brings us some much needed festive cheer. The best part in all this, though, is how quickly Michan Toys acted to correct the issue. No questions, no trying to pass the buck. Just prompt action. Michan Toys understands the importance of solid customer service and this is one of the reasons we will continue doing business with them. Thanks again!
